摘  要:选用二维垂向裂缝诱导应力模型,对水平井多段分簇压裂中的水平段最小主应力构成要素进行分析,模拟初始1-3条裂缝时沿井筒方向产生的最小水平诱导应力,并计算先压裂缝与后续射孔簇间的应力差。研究表明,沿井筒方向最小水平诱导应力随先压裂缝的条数增加而增大,先压裂缝附近诱导应力最大,随远离先压裂缝逐步减小;水平最小主应力差随段间距、簇间距增加而逐步增大。通过水平井分簇压裂产生横向缝及各簇裂缝全部开启条件分析,给出分簇射孔总数确定及各簇射孔数优化方法。Based on 2D vertical cracks of the induced stress model, this paper analyzed the minimum horizontal stress of multi - stage fracturing in horizontal well, and calculated the minimum horizontal induced stress with 1 - 3 initial cracks along the wellbore direction in order to achieve the stress difference between the first pressure crack and the subsequent perforation clusters. The results show that the minimum induced stress along wellbore direction increases with the increasing cracks of the first stages, and the induced stress is the largest near the cracks; it decreases gradually away from the first fracturing cracks. The induced stress value between clusters increases with the increasing of stage space and cluster space. With the conditions analysis of all clusters opening and crosscutting cracks formation, this paper also points out the total perforation numbers in every stage and the cluster distance optimization methods.
