臭氧水疗对特应性皮炎治疗疗效及机制研究

摘　　要：目的观察臭氧水疗对特应性皮炎患者的疗效及机制。方法选取46例特应性皮炎患者。随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组予一般治疗(盐酸西替利嗪滴剂口服抗组胺,赛肤润润肤及地奈德软膏外用),研究组在一般治疗的基础上加予臭氧水疗。治疗前后检测患者血中白细胞介素6(IL-6)及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平并比较,同时评估两组的疗效以及治疗前后生活质量改善程度。结果与正常健康体检者比较,特应性皮炎患者血清IL-6水平升高,IFN-γ水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组与对照组血清IL-6均降低、IFN-γ均升高,研究组改变更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组改变无统计学意义;研究组临床疗效及生活质量改善程度更佳,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论特应性皮炎患者的确存在辅助性T细胞(Th1/Th2)细胞分化失衡,臭氧水疗用于特应性皮炎患者可一定程度上影响血清IL-6及IFN-γ水平而起到治疗作用,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of ozone hydrotherapy on patients with atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 46 cases of atopie dermatitis patients were randomly divided into research group and control group. The control group was treated with general therapy （Cetirizine hydrochloride oral drops for antihistamine, sanyrene moisten the skin and desonide ointment external use）, and the research group was treated ozone hydrotherapy on the basis of the general treatment. Before and after treatment, IL-6 and IFN-y levels of the blood were detected and compared between the two groups. The efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment as well as the improvement of the quality of life was assessed. Results The serum IL-6 levels in patients with atopic dermatitis was elevated while IFN-y level was decreased, and there was a significant difference compared with the normal healthy physical examination persons. With IL-6 decreased, IFN-y increased after treatment, there were significant differences of changes of cytokine levels before and after treatment in the research group. Change of control group before and after the treatment had no significant difference. The clinical efficacy and quality of life improvement of the research group was better, and there was a significant difference between two groups. Conclusions Atopic dermatitis has the imbalance of the differentiation of Tb1/Tb2 cells, and Ozone hydrotherapy has a certain effect on the serum IL-6 and IFN-y levels and plays a role in the treatment of atopic dermatitis patients. The symptoms of the patients improved significantly.
