摘 要:针对当前烟支传送装置在高速工作过程中轴向加速度过大,烟支端部烟丝容易掉出产生空头等问题,提出了一种新型烟支高速传送装置的工作原理及结构设计。烟支在新装置的传送过程中相对于原有轴向运动方向旋转,通过将轴向加速度分解到径向,减少动力学因素导致的烟丝等问题,传送速度高、柔性好,能更好地适应下游工艺的需求。论文详细讨论了该装置的工作原理和柔和传送动作设计等关键问题,并对凸轮曲线进行了优化设计,通过建模仿真验证优化设计的合理性。The current problem was that the axial acceleration of the high-speed flexible cigarette transferring device was too large. The cigarette was easy to damage. The principle and the structural design of a new transferring device for high-speed cigarette was proposed. The cigarette rotated to the initial axial moving direction in the process of transferring in the new device. The axial acceleration was decomposed to radial direction to reduce the problem resulted from dynamic factors such as shred fallen out tobacco. The new transferring device had the advantages of high transmission speed, good flexibility, and it could adapt to the need of the downstream process better. The paper discussed the working principle of the device in detail, as well as the design of soft transfer. The cam curve was optimized. Finally, the feasibility of the optimization design was verified by modeling and simulation.
