摘 要:切坯丝在工作过程中重复切割泥条,泥条的摩擦阻力形成交变载荷,这是导致切坯丝疲劳失效的主要原因。以阜新市浩博集团半自动切坯机为例,利用SolidWorks分析得到切坯丝在工作中的应力图和安全系数图,分析其失效规律,适当提高切坯丝倾斜角度能够减小根部应力,提高根部安全系数,延长切坯丝寿命,因此,选取切坯丝最优倾斜角度。结果表明:优选角度之后的切坯丝的疲劳损耗较小,安全性系数明显提高,切坯丝寿命提高,因此提高了生产效率。The cutting wire cut mud repeatedly in the working process. The frictional resistance of mud was produced to form the alternating loads. This was the main reason of the fatigue failure for semi-automatic cutter. The semi-automatic cutter haobo group company was taken as the example. The stress diagram and safety factor drawing were obtained in the process of cutting wire using SolidWorks. The failure law was analyzed. When the cutting inclined angle was raised, the root stress could be reduced, the safety of the roots could be improved, and the service life of cutting wire could be extended. Therefore, we can select the optimal inclined angle of cutting wire. Resuhs showed that optimal angle reduced fatigue loss, improved safety factor and service life significantly. Therefore, the production efficiency could be improved.
