摘  要:为更好地满足产品外观设计的宜人性需求,运用眼动追踪技术提供识别与意象尺度数据支持,提出一种基于用户客观认知的可量化的产品设计方法。以抛光机为研究对象,通过SD法筛选抛光机外观风格意象词汇与抛光机样本,提取造型特征要素;对各特征要素的意象尺度进行眼动追踪测试,通过分析同一意象词汇下不同特征要素的首次注视时间、注视时长等参数,得到最符合意象定位的特征要素,将此结果运用于抛光机造型设计,并以相同的眼动追踪测试与分析方法对抛光机配色方案进行优选,从而提高抛光机外观设计与意象定位的匹配度。In order to better meet the comfort demand of product appearance design, the eye tracking technology was used to provide support on identification and image scale data, meanwhile, a quantifiable product design method based on users' objective cognition was proposed. Taking polishing machine as an research object, through the SD method to select sample and appearance style image vocabularies of polishing machine, the shape feature elements are extracted. Eye tracking tests on image scale was carried out for every feature element; through the analysis of the parameters of different feature elements under the same image vocabulary, such as the first fixation time, fixation duration and so on, to get the feature elements which are most consistent with the image vocabularies, then the results were applied to polishing machine modeling design. With the same eye tracking test and analysis method, the best polishing machine color design was selected. The method improves matching degree between polishing machine appearance design and the image positioning.
