摘　　要：博物馆数字信息资源是博物馆知识服务的重要资源基础,通过对信息资源进行整合来促进对资源的深度开发和利用,是互联网技术环境下资源利用的趋势。目前,关于博物馆信息资源整合的研究思路多集中于技术架构与资源标准方面,较少关注博物馆组织内部的协同问题。而博物馆组织内所有个人与群体间的协同与配合往往决定着整合行为的成败。因此迫切需要一种新的视角,来指引资源整合研究和实践的推进。在研究中引入组织变革理论,将信息资源整合视作一种变革行为进行重新认识,可以为解决整合过程中的"组织协同"问题添加新的思路。Digital information is an important resource of museums in their public service of knowledge dissemination. To integrate various information resources for better development and utilization has become a trend growing from the internet-driven environment. Current researches have been mainly focused on the technical approaches and standards that information resources integration adopts with little attention being put on the institution＇ s organizational integration. The effectiveness to which how the museum＇ s individuals and groups cooperate and coordinate in a great deal determines whether or not the resource integration suc- ceeds. A new perspective therefore is called for to work as a guide for the research as well as the practices of resource integration to move forward. To apply the theory of organizational change management to re-view re- source integration as a changing act may provide new thoughts for dealing with the issues of organizational in- tegration arising from the resource integration process.
