网状环糊精/碳纤维的制备及对水溶液中2,6-二氯苯酚的吸附处理

摘  要:以碳纤维为载体,六亚甲基二异氰酸酯为连接剂,在碳纤维上接枝环糊精/聚亚胺酯共聚物(CDs/CFs)。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜对制备的材料进行表征。结果显示:复合材料表面覆盖的环糊精为多孔网状。并考察了该材料对水中2,6-二氯苯酚(2,6-DCP)的吸附行为。CDs/CFs对2,6-DCP吸附是一个吸热、自发的过程,符合准二阶动力学模型和Langmuir吸附模型。在室温下,CDs/CFs对2,6-DCP最大吸附量可达43.07μmol/g。Carbon fiber grafted cyclodextrin/polyurethane copolymer were prepared using polyurethane as linker molecules with carbon fibers as carrier, and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM). The results indicated that eyclodextrin covered on the surface and dis- played reticular. Besides, the adsorption behavior of 2,6-DCP were investigated at CDs/CFs. Adsorption processes of 2,6- DCP were endothermic and spontaneous, which were followed the pesudo-second order kinetics model and Langmuir model. In present result,the maximum adsorption capacity (qm) was 43.07μmol/g.
