摘 要:用白色导电TiO_2熔融造粒制备导电母粒,通过熔融纺丝技术制备共混型导电纤维和三叶复合型导电纤维。采用SEM、XRD和TG对2种导电纤维结构和性能进行表征。结果表明:导电TiO_2质量分数基本相同情况下,三叶复合型导电纤维的体积电阻率比共混型导电纤维的低2个数量级,导电性能明显优于共混型导电纤维,且力学性能得到改善;三叶复合型导电纤维表面光滑,摩擦系数上升较小,利于后序纺织加工。The self-made white conductive TiO2 was used to prepared conductive masterbatch by melt blending,then the blending conductive fiber and conductive fiber with different section morphology was prepared by melt spinning. The structure and properties of two conductive fiber were characterized by SEM, XRD and TG. The results showed that the conductivity of fiber with clover morphology was lower two orders in magnitude than that of blending fiber under the same TiO2 content and the mechanical property was improved compared with [ending fiber. Furthermore, the surface of fiber with clover morphology was smooth and the rising of friction coefficient was smaller, which was beneficial for subsequent weaving.
