摘 要:通过非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)杂化平板膜,以N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)为溶剂,氯化锂(LiCl)、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-k30)为固定添加剂,分别以相同含量的不同分子量聚乙二醇(PEG)为亲水改性剂制备平板膜。实验结果表明不同分子量的PEG均能提高PVDF膜的亲水性和孔隙率,膜的水通量随PEG分子量的增加而先增加后减小,含PEG6000的PVDF膜纯水通量最大为1355.214L/(h·m2·atm),膜的孔隙率达到87.651%,膜表面接触角为70.2°,具有较好的亲水改性。选择合适的PEG分子量对膜改性效果具有重要的意义。Asymmetric polyvinylidene fluoride hybrid flat membranes were prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation(NIPS) method. Dimethyl acetamide(DMAC) was used as solvent. LiC1 and PVP-k30 were used as fixed addi- tives, polyethylene glycol (PEG) of five different molecular weights (400Da, 600Da, 2000Da, 6000Da and 20000Da, respec- tively) were used as the hydrophilic additives in the casting solution. The results showed that the addition of PEG can im- prove the hydrophilicity and porosity of membrane. The max value of pure water flux and porosity were 1355. 214L/(h·m2 -atm) and 87. 651% respectively within PEG6000 PVDF membrane. And its surface contact angle was 70.2%. It was resulted from the hydrophilic difference of membranes for low molecule weight PEGs were easily washed away and high molecule weight PEG(PEG200) was not so hydrophilic. These were demonstrated from the result of surface contact angle that membrane within PEG6000 got the lowest contact angle of 70.2 degree. The molecule weight of hydrophilic PEG additive was of great important for the membrane modification.
