摘 要:天然沸石对生活污水中氨氮和总磷的吸附能力有限,本文采用一系列的改性方法,去除沸石内部杂质,改善沸石的吸附效果.通过实验结果分析,盐碱浸渍结合高温灼烧沸石的吸附效果最好,改性条件是Na OH溶液浸渍浓度是0.5 mol/L,Mg Cl2溶液浓度为1 mol/L,灼烧温度设定为105℃,此时改性沸石对氨氮的去除率为86.5%,总磷的去除率为37.2%,相对于天然沸石氮磷的去除率分别提高了34.9%和15.1%.但是,沸石改性对于氨氮的吸附效果较好,对总磷的去除效果还有待提高.本文提供了一种降低污水中氮磷浓度的方法,为污水的深度处理提供依据.The adsorption of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in natural zeolite is limited, and a series of modification methods are adopted to remove impurities from the zeolite channels to improve the adsorption of zeolite. According to the experimental result, the best way to modify natural zeolite was saline stain impregnation combined with high temperature burning. The concentration of NaOH solution was 0.5 mol/L, the concentration of MgC12 solution was lmol/L, the calcination temperature was set to 105 if2 . The modified zeolite on ammonia nitrogen removal rate was 86.5%, total phosphorus removal rate was 37.2%, compared with natural zeolite on nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate was increased by 34.9% and 15.1%. However, ammonia nitrogen adsorption effect of the modified zeolite is better, the removal of total phosphorus remains to be improved. This paper provides a method for reducing the nitrogen and phosphorus concentration in the wastewater, and provides the basis for the deep treatment of sewage.
