摘 要:经济的发展与居民的生活环境有着密切的联系。文章使用2005~2013年重庆市经济发展与生活污染的相关面板数据,利用道格拉斯生产函数形式,构建生活污染排放经济计量综合模型,去探索经济发展与生活污染之间的关系。研究结果显示:在重庆市当前经济发展水平条件下,经济规模扩大、经济结构优化、政府努力程度增加、居民消费能力扩大等因素导致清洁能源的使用率提高,从而降低生活二氧化硫排放;与此同时,这些因素的增加却会导致人们对生活资料的消费量增加,随之带来生活污水和生活垃圾的排放问题。There is a close relationship between the development of economy and the living environment of the residents. This paper constructs a comprehensive econometric model of living pollution emission on the basis of Cobb-Douglas production function, which is illustrated by the case of Chongqing, while using the related panel data during 2005 to 2013 about economic development and living pollution to carry out an empirical research. The preliminary results show that: under the current level of economic development in Chongqing, the factors, such as the enhancement of economic scale, optimization of economic structure, progressive efforts of government, expansion of consumer ability and so on, lead to increase the usage of clean energy which results in the fewer emission of sulfur dioxide. However, at the same time, those factors will boost people's consumption of subsistence and bring more emissions of sewage and garbage.
