摘　　要：环境污染与资源耗竭已经严重地威胁到人们的生活质量和生存,影响到国家和区域的可持续发展。环境绩效评估作为目前国际上通行的一种环境管理工具,对区域环境管理体系建设和环境管理绩效改善发挥重要作用。文章首先对区域环境绩效概念内涵、研究方法进行简要评述,重点介绍了基于数据包络分析方法(DEA)的区域环境绩效研究的理论和模型,接下来主要从环境效率评估,环境全要素生产率及其增长核算,环境效率及环境全要素生产率影响因素分析三个方面对基于DEA的区域环境绩效的实证研究展开了文献回顾,最后从理论、方法和研究视角等角度对基于DEA的环境绩效研究进行了评述和展望。Environmental pollution and resource exhaustion have seriously threatened the health, quality of life of human beings and thus even the sustainable development in China. Evaluating regional environmental performance has been playing a more and more important role in regional environmental management. Based on a review over the theories, specific methods and empirical studies on the studies of regional environmental performance evaluation based on data envelopment analysis （DEA） method and the influencing factors, this paper points out the directions and problems that remain unsolved in this subject.
