摘　　要：本文首先分析航空科技档案开发面临的挑战,然后厘清知识服务与档案管理之间的关系,再提出基于知识服务的航空科技档案资源开发策略:第一,打造基于知识服务的数字档案馆平台;第二,融入知识工程建设,丰富馆藏;第三,注重个人知识管理,实现用户参与式开发;第四,提供个性化服务,打造品牌档案产品。The article first analyzes the challenge of aviation technical archives development, and then sorts out the relationship between knowledge services and archives management. Finally, it proposes development strategies about aviation technical archives based on knowledge services. The strategies are as follows： con- structing a digital archives platform based on knowledge services, integrating knowledge engineering to abundant archives storages, focusing on personal knowledge management, realizing participatory development, offering personalized services and building brand of archival products.
