摘  要:讨论了一种由硅溶胶、氢氧化钾、偶联剂、烷氧基硅烷为主要原材料制备的室温固化的高模数硅酸钾树脂,该树脂具有硬度高、附着力和贮存性好等特点。着重讨论了硅溶胶、温度、偶联剂、硅氧烷、杂质、pH对室温固化树脂制备的影响;并采用该树脂制备了富锌涂料,与国内外样品进行了比较,该涂料在贮存稳定性方面具有优异的性能。A composed of silica sol, potassium hydroxide, coupling agent and alkoxysilane as the main raw material for preparation of high modulus potassium silicate resin cured at room temperature were discussed. The resin had high hardness, adhesion and good storage performance and so on. The effects of silica sol, temperature, coupling agent, silicone, impurity and pH on the preparation of room temperature curing resin were discussed. And zinc-rich coatings produced by the resin, compared with the domestic and foreign samples, the coating has excellent performance in storage stability.
