摘　　要：对涂料固化机理进行简单介绍,并从涂装车间的工艺布局入手,借助数据对不同漆房烘干能力进行研究,反复对比后,提出优化方案;详细描述了方案实施过程,讲解了各工序按照烘干方案执行的优点。The solidification mechanism of paint was simply introduced, and from the process layout of the painting workshop, with the help of the data to study the drying ability of different paint room, after repeated comparison, the optimization scheme was proposed. The program implementation process was described in detail, and the advantages of each working procedure in accordance with the implementation of the program were explained.
