摘 要:温升特性是影响过载继电器保护可靠性的关键。以典型过载继电器产品为研究对象,分析了传热原理,对温度场进行了仿真研究,选取了温升监测点;确定了温升监测方法,基于PIC16F877A单片机完成了温升性能实时监测系统的设计;进行了不同整定电流倍数下温升实时监测结果的分析,并与理论结果和仿真结果进行了对比,结果基本一致,验证了系统的可行性。Temperature rise characteristic is the key factor which affects the reliability of overload relay. The typical overload relay is taken as research object. After the heat transfer principle of overload relay is analyzed and the temperature field is simulated,the temperature monitoring points are selected. The method of temperature rise monitoring is determined. Based on PIC16F877 A,the real-time monitoring system of temperature rise performance is designed.The real-time monitoring results with different setting current times are analyzed. The results of real-time monitoring,theoretical analysis and simulation are compared to verify the feasibility of the system.
