摘  要:作为清洁能源的太阳能发电已越来越受到重视并得到应用。根据光伏电站接入电网测试规程,研制出一种适用于光伏并网检测、具有能量回馈功能的电网扰动发生装置,实现电网电压幅值、频率扰动的模拟。该装置为背靠背双PWM拓扑结构,包括两电平PWM整流装置和三电平PWM逆变装置,整流侧采用电压电流双环控制,逆变侧采用电压单环控制,该控制策略能够准确跟踪目标参考值,响应速度快,稳态误差小。仿真和试验结果证实了该电路设计和控制策略是可行和有效的。As a renewable resource,photovoltaic power generation has become more and more attracted and applicable. According to Test Procedures for Photovoltaic Power Station Connected to Power Grid,this paper develops a grid disturbances device with functions of energy feedback applied to photovoltaic grid-connected detection,to simulate the disturbances of the frequency,amplitude of the voltage of power networks. The device has a back-to-back double PWM topological structure,including two-level PWM rectifier and three-level PWM inverter. The rectifier uses the voltage and current dual-loop control,and the inverter uses the voltage single-loop control. The control strategies can accurately track the reference,respond quickly and the steady-state error is small. The simulation and experiment results show that the circuit design and control strategy are feasible and efficient.
