摘  要:本文研究设计了一种基于移动网络的心电监测报警系统,系统由心电检测装置、控制报警单元、GPS模块、通讯模块、监控中心服务器软件、家属手机以及4G网络和Internet网络组成。当检测装置检测到心电异常后,通过报警延迟和取消确认进行报警判断,确认报警后进行声音报警和短信报警,同时控制单元获取GPS模块数据,连同心电信息一起发送到通讯模块,进而进入移动网络和Internet,最后传递到监控中心,医生、家属及周边人群可及时获取患者心电信息并组织救援。该装置对穿戴者的日常活动影响很低,实现了低生理、心理负荷下的全天候健康状况实时监护,具有较大的应用推广价值。An Electrocardiograph(ECG) monitoring and alarming system based on mobile network was designed, which was consisted of an ECG detection device, control alarming module, GPS module, communication module, monitoring center server software, family member's mobile phone, 4G network and Internet network. When the detection device detected an abnormal ECG, the alarm delay and confirm unit would make a determination of the alarming information; audible and SMS(Short Message Service) alarming would be sent after confirmation of the alarming; the control unit would receive GPS data and ECG information at the same time. The data was transferred to the communication module, gradually the mobile network, Internet, and finally sent to the monitoring center. Doctors, family members and the surrounding people could timely access to patient's ECG information and organize the rescue. The device had low impact on daily activities of the patient, and could realize the real-time monitoring of the whole condition under low physiological and psychological load, which had great value in clinical application and promotion.
