摘　　要：针对医院设备科日常工作效率低下,工作失误较多,我院对原有科室日常工作模式进行了改革,建立集维修、管理、反馈、整改为一体的质量管理流程,运行以来保障了日常工作正常秩序,使维修、管理的质量得到提高。In view of the low efficiency and working errors of daily work in Department of Equipment, the original daily work model was reformed in the hospital and the quality management procedures were established with integration of maintenance, management, feedback and rectification, so as to ensure the order of daily work and improve the quality of maintenance and management.
