摘  要:以自制的环氧型丙烯酸树脂及固化剂十二碳二元酸为成膜主体,分析了固化条件、环氧当量、填料等因素对丙烯酸粉末涂料及涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:自制的环氧型丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料具有良好的绝缘性能,当固化剂与树脂的活性基团摩尔比为1∶1时,漆膜的体积电阻率最高,达到5.09×1013Ω·m。树脂的环氧当量对漆膜的电绝缘性能影响较小,六钛酸钾晶须填料能有效提高漆膜的耐冲击性。A self-made epoxy acrylic resin and dodecanedioic acid curing agent were used as film forming body, and the effect of curing condition, epoxy equivalent, and fillers on the properties of acrylic powder coatings and film was studied. The results show that the self-made epoxy acrylic resin powder coating has good insulating properties. When the proportion of active groups between curing agent and resin is 1: 1, the volume resistivity of the film is the highest, which is 5.09×1013Ω·m. The epoxy equivalent of the resin has little effect on the insulating properties of the film, and the potassium titanate whisker as filler can improve the impact resistance of the film effectively.
