摘  要:目前盐芯可压铸出具有复杂内腔结构的薄壁压铸件,盐芯具有较好的表面质量与尺寸精度,较高的强度与硬度及较高的生产效率和经济效益。文中对目前三种不同盐芯体系进行分析,讨论了可用于高压制芯的盐芯组成、陶瓷增强颗粒的作用及盐芯的适用范围;结合混合盐的相图,说明盐芯的最佳组成范围,得出适合于铝合金、镁合金和锌合金的压铸用高压制芯的盐芯体系;并讨论了盐芯的高压制芯工艺条件和盐芯除去方法,分析了能满足压铸用高压制芯盐芯发展趋势。The soluble salt core was applied to prepare some thin wall castings which had complicated inner cavity structure, excellent dimensional accuracy, great strength, high production efficiency and economic benefit. In the paper, three different kinds of salt cores system were selected, the composition and applicable scope of salt cores were analyzed and the role of ceramic particles was discussed. The optimum composition ranges of salt cores were related to the phase diagrams and finally the suitable kinds of salt cores for the high pressure die casting of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and zinc alloy were respectively found. The technological conditions of high pressure core-making and the removing method of salt core were discussed to analyze the development trend of the salt cores which were made under high pressure for die casting.
