摘  要:选取自然凝固状态条件下易出现成分偏析现象的低熔点Pb-80%Sn合金为目标合金,在其凝固过程中施加螺旋-超声复合场,研究该复合场对凝固组织和宏观缺陷的影响及作用机理。研究表明:螺旋-超声复合场在细化晶粒和改善合金内部质量方面,需选取合适的搅拌强度和超声功率,才能获得较好的冶金效果;电磁场的切向分量将有效地扩大超声场的作用范围,促进晶粒细化和枝晶的破碎;轴向分量与超声声流的轴向搅拌作用相互促进,加剧熔体的流动,促使大量的形核核心均匀地分散于组织内部。实验证明,Pb-80%Sn合金螺旋-超声复合场的最优工艺参数:励磁电流125 A,电磁频率10 Hz,超声功率440 W。Selecting the low melting alloy Pb-80% Sn as the research object, the study of compound field (combination of spiral magnetic field and power ultrasonic field) on the solidification process and the effects of compound field on the microstructure and macro-defects were researched. Moreover, the action mechanism of compound field on the microstructure of the metal was also analyzed. The results show that the compound field has the appropriate ultrasonic power value and the stirring intensity in improving solidification structure and internal quality for the purpose of better metallurgical results; the tangential component of spiral magnetic field force has expanded the coverage of the ultrasonic cavitation area and strengthened the role of refinement of the microstructure. At the same time, the axial component of electromagnetic force and an axial-flow generating by ultrasonic field, have promoted nucleation in the metal molten. Above all, the best parameters of spiral magnetic - ultrasonic compound field on Pb-80%Sn alloy are that, I=125 A,f=10 Hz, P=440 W.
