摘 要:为提高悬浮物测定的精确度,规范鄱阳湖测试悬浮物的标准程序,对悬浮物称量方法、滤膜清洗和水样体积进行了实验分析。通过滤膜放在称量瓶中与滤膜放在称量纸上称量比较;使用蒸馏水和过滤水样清洗方式比较;量取50、100、200、300 m L不同水样体积比较。结果表明:使用称量纸称量法比称量瓶称量法更准确且更省时;蒸馏水清洗滤膜,滤膜减重0.38%,过滤水样清洗滤膜滤膜减重0.71%,微孔滤膜中滤料可溶性杂质对悬浮物测量值影响不可忽视,建议清洗滤膜时改用已过滤的水样清洗;水样体积大小对悬浮物测定有直接影响,鄱阳湖水样以50 m L为过滤体积,测试值更准确。To improve the determination of suspended solids, test the standard operation procedures of suspended solids at Poyang Lake and promote the relevant research on suspended solids, this article explores the effect on the measuring result of two different weight measuring methods, filter cleaning methods, and different volumes of water sample in " gravimetry" which is used to measure the suspended solids. The results show that: (1) the measuring result of weighing paper is more accurate and efficient than that of weighing bottle; (2) the using of distilled water to clean the filter membrane method makes the weight of the filter reduce by 0.38% , while the using of filtered water sample under test, makes the weight reduce by 0. 71% , therefore, the influence of the soluble impurities in the microporous filter membrane cannot be ignored on the measure of suspended solids, and it is recommended to clean the filter with filtered water sample under test; (3) the volume of water sample of Poyang Lake has a direct impact on the determination of suspended solids, and the measuring result is more accurate if we filter the water sample in 50 mL.
