摘　　要：根据实验教学的需要,研制了全玻璃真空管太阳能热水系统综合实验平台。实验平台主要由太阳能集热器、蓄热水箱、冷却水箱、循环水泵、热工检测及控制系统等组成,能够实现系统工况参数的自动检测、监控与存储。通过平台实验,学生可以全面测试系统的各种运行参数,包括温度、流量、太阳辐射强度、功率等,计算日有用得热量、集热效率、供热性能系数等系统评价指标。在此基础上,研究部件和系统的能量转换和热量传递特性,提出提高系统热效率的优化设计和运行控制策略。实践表明,该实验平台操作方便、功能完善、实验过程稳定、实验效果良好,而且平台功能能够进行模块化扩展,可以开出一系列综合性、设计性和研究性实验,对培养学生的研究能力、综合应用能力和创新能力能够起到很好的促进作用。According to the requirement of experiment teaching, a comprehensive experimental platform of all-glass evacuated tubular solar hot water system is developed. The structure, properties and experimental effects of the experimental platform are described. The platform is composed of solar collector, hot water storage tank, cooling water tank, circulating water pump, thermal detection and control system etc, it realizes parameter auto-detection, control and design and operation control strategies are presented for improving the thermal efficiency of the system. The practice shows that the platform can be operated easily, and has other advantages such as perfect function, stable testing process, and good experimental effects. In addition, the platform function can be modularly extended. A series of comprehensive, designing and researching experiments are set up successively, and are conducive to the cultivation of students＇ ability of research, synthetically application and innovation.
