摘　　要：为了解决渔民水产品营销难题,提出在移动手机平台上,开发一款基于Android平台的水产营销软件,采用RESTful、Spring、Hibernate等技术设计架构,通过多线程异步缓存软引用算法、JSON数据交换等关键技术,来避免对相同URI文件对象的重复下载,提高手机处理速度同时还降低了数据流量。最后通过在实际设备上运行测试,能够满足设计的功能和要求。In order to solve the fishermen problem of aquatic products sale, the paper develops a fishery selling software based on Android platform on the mobile phone. The platform uses RESTful, Spring, Hibernate technology to complete the architecture design. The key techniques of multi-thread asynchronous cache soft reference algorithm, and the technique of the JSON data exchange which can avoid the repetition downloading of the same URI object are used to improve mobile phone processing speed and to reduce network data transmission. At last, by running tests on real devices, the software functions can meet the design requirements.
