摘　　要：在总结和反思传统化工实验教学的经验和不足的基础上,介绍了化工实验教学示范中心在提升化工实验教学水平的优势和重要性,同时,也强调了在建设化工实验示范中心时不能"穿新鞋,走老路",应注重以学生为主体,教师为主导,以工程意识、实践能力和创新精神的培养为核心理念,激发学生学习兴趣,实现以兴趣驱动学习主观能动性提升的转变。Experimental teaching is an irreplaceable part to cultivate the outstanding chemical engineers. It is necessary to focus on the new requirements for cultivation of chemical-engineers in this new period, develop high-quality demonstration centre of experimental teaching based on the summary and reflection of traditional way. It is very meaningful to improve the level of chemical-engineers education. At the same time, the construction process of demonstration centre of experimental teaching should emphasize the students as the principal part, teachers as the instructive part, and make the engineering awareness, practical and innovative ability as core idea. In this way, the high-quality demonstration centre of experimental teaching may enhance student＇ s learning activeness stimulating student＇s interest in learning.
