序列化有机化学实验改革与创新型人才的培养

摘　　要：基于绿色化学的理念,对传统有机化学实验独立操作单元进行整合,形成序列化综合性实验单元,以上一个实验的产品为下一实验的原料,将产品变废为宝,合理利用。自开展序列化实验以来,学生学习积极性显著提高,产品质量更高,实验试剂使用量大大减少,在培养学生基本操作能力的同时,又培养了学生的实验设计能力和综合运用能力,同时提高了学生的学习兴趣和环境保护意识。Based on the concept of green chemistry, serialized comprehensive experimental units are formed by integrating the independent operating units of the traditional organic chemistry experiment. In the comprehensive experiments, the former products are used as raw materials of the next process. By developing the serialized comprehensive experiments, the consumptions of organic reagents are reduced considerably, and the students＂ basic skills, innovation ability, learning interests and environmental consciousness are strengthened ultimately.
