摘　　要：仪器设备的实用性是体现仪器使用价值的重要标志。本文结合生命科学学院公共实验平台建设和管理的实践经验,提出了在仪器设备管理工作中,应当重视仪器采购、验收、使用、维修及报废等工作环节。在深入探讨了把握这五大重点工作环节必要性的同时,也摸索出了规范采购流程、认真调试验收、有偿专管公用、注重维修维护以及旧件变废为用等具体措施,以确保在实际工作中能真正提高仪器设备的实用性,为生命科学领域的教学和科研工作提供更有力的支持。The efficiency of shared instruments is a key reflection of the value. Based on the practical experience in constructing and managing the core shared instruments platform of College of Life Sciences, Nankai University, we summarized the importance of five critical steps, i. e. , purchasing, acceptance, working, maintenance and scrappage. Also we found the detailed methods for standardization： purchasing procedure, debugging carefully adjusting, renting with payment, maintaining effectively and waste components recycling. These measures can ensure the improvement of efficiency of instruments in daily works for life science research and education.
