“互联网+医疗”时代医院随访管理的探索

摘　　要：目的探索在"互联网+医疗"时代,做好医院随访管理工作,构建和谐的医患关系,提高患者的真诚度。方法对传统的随访模式和"互联网+医疗"随访进行分析对比。结果 2014年以电话随访为主的有效随访率为89.2%,2015年以医生个人网站为主的有效随访率为96.2%。"互联网+医疗"随访模式较传统的随访模式更容易被患者及患者家属接受,且满意度高。结论在"互联网+"时代,医院管理者要顺应时代发展,用互联网思维模式对医院的随访工作进行改革,拉进医院、医师、患者之间的距离,改善医患关系,提高患者的真诚度。Objectives To explore how to do well hospital follow-up management work, establish harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and improve the empressement in ＂Internet and Medical Treatment＂ era.Method To conduct a comparative analysis between the traditional follow-up mode and ＂Internet and Medical Treatment＂ follow-up mode. Results The effective rate of telephone follow-up was 89.2% before 2014, and the effective rate of personal website follow-up was 96.2%. Compared with the traditional follow-up mode, the ＂Internet and Medical Treatment＂ mode could be more easily received by the patients and their relatives, and also high satisfaction rate. Conclusions In ＂Internet and Medical Treatment＂ era, the hospital managers should adapt to the development of the era, perform reform on the follow-up work of the hospital with the internet thought mode,shorten the distance among doctors, medical students, patients and their relatives, thus to improve the relationship between doctors and patients as well as the empressement rate of the patients.
