摘  要:为解决检查科室繁多,诊疗空间扩大,诊疗后多项检查项目可能分布在不同楼层的不同位置而导致的患者滞留时间长,检查效率降低,最终引起患者不满等问题。医院建立了一套门诊患者诊后检查智能引导系统,该系统的优势在于通过绘制检查科室的高精地图进行线路导航,为患者提供最优检查方案和最短路线指引,从而轻松应对诊疗后多项检查过程中对医院不熟悉的问题,给患者和家属带来方便,同时减轻医护人员繁重的重复性工作,提高患者满意度和检查效率,实现让患者感受到有专业人员陪同的同质化门诊导诊服务。To solve the problems of outpatients dissatisfaction caused by long time for waiting and low efficiency of diagnosis and treatment in outpatient department, which were led by the big space because of various checking departments and different position in different floors of the function units in a treatment process. Our hospital built a system for providing medical advice after diagnosis. The system could offer patients the optimal inspection route and the shortest distance guiding by drawing high precision map for inspection department. It could solve the problems of unfamiliar patients and bring convenience for both patients and relatives. Moreover, the system could reduce heavy repetitive work of medical workers and improve the patients' satisfaction and treatment rate. As a result, the system could bring patients the company feeling of high-quality service like the professionals. ?
