摘　　要：目的通过对某院2007年-2015年门诊量变化情况进行分析,为医疗部门加强医院管理和合理运用医疗资源提供决策依据。方法采用时间序列数据季节指数分析法、数据环比和定基比对某院2007年-2015年门诊量进行分析。结果根据9年门诊量变化趋势可以看出门诊人次呈上升趋势,2015年比2007年增长36.29%;通过季节指数得出第一季度为低谷期,季节指数为85.51%,第三季度为高峰期,季节指数为105.49%。结论医疗部门应根据门诊量逐年增长情况、季节变化趋势,合理安排医师出诊时间及继续做好门诊各项工作,配置好各种医疗资源,提高服务质量,更好地满足患者的就医需求。Objectives Through an analysis on the variation situation of outpatient work volume of a hospital from 2007 to 2015, to provide decision basis for strengthening the hospital management and rational utilization of medical resources. Methods To conduct analysis on the outpatient volume of a hospital from 2007 to 2015 with the application of time series data of seasonal index analysis method, data chain ratio and fixed base. Results We could conclude that the outpatient volume showed an upward trend according to the change trend of past 9 years, and the number in 2007 had increased 36.29% compared with that of 2015. Through the quarterly index we could conclude that that first quarter was trough with the seasonal index was 85.51% while the third quarter was the peak with season index was 105.49%. Conclusions The medical treatment divisions should make reasonable arrangements for doctor visits time and continue to do a good job in the work of the clinic according to the outpatient volume increased year by year, allocate variety of medical resources well, improve service quality as well as meet the medical requirements of the patients better.
