2015年上海市某综合医院死亡病例分析

摘　　要：目的通过对2015年上海市某综合医院死亡病例进行分析,为医院的管理和规划提供依据。方法通过医院病案管理信息系统统计2015年医院死亡病例信息,运用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2015年全院共死亡1478人,急诊内科抢救观察室死亡病例801人,占54.2%。抢救观察室、急诊及肿瘤血液组之间及与其他各组之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内科住院主要死亡病因依次为感染29.42%、肿瘤28.15%、心脏病15.99%、脑卒中15.14%、呼吸衰竭11.3%。外科各病区住院主要死亡病种依次为出血性脑卒中、急腹症、肿瘤、骨折。外科术后死亡病因感染39.74%、呼吸衰竭15.39%、术后并发症12.82%、多器官功能衰竭12.82%、心功能不全11.54%、术后低蛋白血症7.69%。结论医院需提高急诊抢救治疗能力,加强病房感染的管控。Objectives Through the analysis of the death cases of a general hospital of Shanghai in 2015, we provide a basis for the management and planning of the hospital. Methods To make a statistical analysis on the information of death cases in 2015 of the hospital through the medical records information system of the hospital with the application of SPSS 20.0 software. Results 1478 people died in hospital in 2015, in which 801 people died in the rescue and observation room of emergency internal medicine,which accounted for 54.20%.There were significant differences between the rescue observation room、emergency, tumor blood group and other groups（P〈0.05）. The main causes of death in the department of internal medicine： infection of 29.42%、tumor 28.15%,heart disease 15.99%, stroke 15.14%, respiratory failure 11.30%. Surgical death diseases included hemorrhagic stroke, acute abdomen, tumors, fracture. Causes of death after surgery included infections 39.74%, respiratory failure 15.39%, postoperative complications 12.82%, multiple organ failure12.82%, cardiac insufficiency 11.54%, postoperative low protein 7.69%. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen and improve the emergency treatment ability, as well as the management and control of infection in ward.
