应用品管圈提高住院患者对内服中药管理满意度的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在提高住院患者内服中药管理满意度中的效果。方法:成立品管圈小组,以"提高住院患者对内服中药管理满意度"为活动主题,通过现状调查,设定目标值,解析出影响患者内服中药满意度的主要因素为护理人员健康指导不全面、中药包装及标签有缺陷、内服中药发放不及时,针对要因制定对策并组织实施。结果:品管圈实施后患者健康教育知识的知晓率由实施前的77.58%升至96.15%(P<0.05),患者对内服中药管理的满意度由实施前的72.86%升至90.83%(P<0.05)。结论:本次品管圈活动规范了内服中药的发放流程,制作了内服中药健康指导视频及健康教育宣教单,改良了中药包装及标签,设计了环保中药口服袋等,提高了患者对内服中药健康教育知识的知晓率及满意度,提升了护理人员的专业知识水平和团队协作精神及质量管理能力。Objective： To explore the effects of quality control circle in improving inpatients＇ satisfaction on oral traditional Chinese medicine management. Methods：Established quality control circle group, and took ＂improvement of inpatients＇ satisfaction on oral traditional Chinese medicine management＂ as activity theme. By status investigation, set target value, analyzed and worked out that the main factors influencing inpatients＇ oral traditional Chinese medi- cine management were incomprehensive health guidance of nursing staff, defective package and label of traditional Chinese medicine, untimely distribution of oral traditional Chinese medicine, developed countermeasures and organized people to implement them according to main factors. Resuhs： After the imple- mentation of quality control circle, patients＇ health education knowledge awareness rate rose from 77.58% before the implementation to 96.15% （P 〈 0.05 ）, patients＇ satisfaction on oral traditional Chinese medicine management rose from 72.86 % before the implementation to 90.83 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ：The activity of quality control circle regulated the distribution process of oral traditional Chinese medicine, made health guidance video for oral tradi- tional Chinese medicine and health education leaflets, improved package and label of traditional Chinese medicine and designed environmentally friendly o- ral bag for traditional Chinese medicine. These improved patients＇ awareness rate and satisfaction on oral traditional Chinese health education knowledge, and enhanced nursing staffs professional knowledge level and teamwork spirit as well as quality control ability.
