目标管理在植入型凶险性前置胎盘患者围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨目标管理对植入型凶险性前置胎盘患者围手术期的作用效果。方法：选择2014年1月-2015年12月在我院住院手术的植入型凶险性前置胎盘患者82例，随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组进行常规护理；观察组进行目标管理。比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果：观察组与对照组比较并发症发生例数明显减少，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论：对植入型凶险性前置胎盘患者实施目标管理能减少围手术期护理并发症的发生。Objective：To explore the effect of target management appling in pernicious placenta previa patient with placenta increta in peri - operative. Meth- ods：Frem January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, 82 cases of patients pernicious placenta previa with placenta increta were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group routine nursing care, while the observation group received target management. Compared two groups of patients with complications. Results ： Observation group and control group comparison complications were decreased significantly, the difference was statisti- cally significant,P 〈 O. 05. Conclusion：The target management can reduce the perioperative nursing complications of pernicious placenta previa patient with placenta inereta in peri -operative.
