摘 要:目的:对护生临床实习前职业暴露与标准预防认知情况进行了解,以便为相关教育培训提供依据。方法:采用自行编制问卷,在护生实习岗前培训前统一发放问卷,以匿名、自愿的原则填写问卷并当场收回,对2014年7月广州市某三甲医院来自全国8省30所高等院校的197名护理实习护生的一般资料、职业暴露及标准预防认知情况进行调查分析。结果:197名实习护生职业暴露、职业暴露后预防、国家卫计委2009《血源性病原体职业接触防护导则》、锐器伤应急预案知晓率分别为28.93%,13.71%,1.02%,29.95%。护生接受标准预防知识教育来源于学校教育为90.36%。73.10%对标准预防知识非常需要;标准预防知识掌握最少的是是否知道什么是标准预防,占32.49%。结论:职业暴露和标准预防认知情况不容乐观。部分学校应调整课程设置,增加或加强标准预防、职业暴露等相关知识的教育;医院应落实并强化岗前培训,加强临床带教工作,从而促进护生掌握职业暴露与标准预防相关知识,落实相关防护措施,保障患者和护生的安全。Objective : Before clinical practice, nursing students learn about occupational exposure and standard prevention cognition to provide basis for rel- evant education training. Methods:Before nursing students' pre -job training, uniformly distributed self- made questionnaires, asked nursing students to fill in the questionnaires with the principle of anonymity and voluntary, took back the questionnaires on the spot, conducted investigation and analysis on general information, occupational exposure and standard prevention cognition of 197 nursing practice students of a certain grade A hospital in Guangzhou, from 30 colleges and universities over 8 provinces of the country, during July 2014. Results:The 197 nursing practice students' occupational exposure, pre- vention after occupational exposure, national health and family planning commission' s 2009 "Guideline for prevention and control for occupational exposure to bloodbome pathogen" and awareness rate of contingency plan for blunt instrument injury were respectively 28.93%, 13.71%, 1.02% and 29.95%. standard prevention knowledge education accepted nursing students from school education was 90.36%. Among the nursing students, 73.10% of them were in great need of standard prevention knowledge ; those knowing least about standard prevention knowledge knew what standard prevention was, account- ing for 32.49%. Conclusion :The condition of occupational exposure and standard prevention cognition were not optimistic. Some schools shall adjust course setting, increase or strengthen education on relevant knowledge about standard prevention and occupational exposure, etc. Hospitals shall implement and strengthen pre -job training as well as clinical teaching work, and thus propel nursing students to master relevant knowledge about occupational exposure and standard prevention, implement relevant protective measures and guarantee the safety of patients and nursing students.
