摘　　要：目的：探讨康复护理对脑外伤持续性植物状态的应用效果。方法：选择2013年1月-2014年11月我院因脑外伤进行颅脑外科手术治疗后处于持续性植物状态的患者100例，随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予基础治疗；观察组在此基础上行康复护理。观察比较经护理治疗后两组患者意识恢复情况。结果：观察组患者经基础治疗及康复护理后意识状态恢复情况优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：康复护理可促进脑外伤持续性植物状态患者的意识恢复．效果显著，有效提高患者的生存质量。Objective ： To explore the application effects of rehabilitation nursing in brain trauma persistent vegetative state. Methods： Selected 100 patients in persistent vegetative state after accepting craniocerebral operation for brain trauma in our hospital from January 2013 to November 2014, randomly divided them into control group and observation group, gave the control group basic treatment; gave the observation group rehabilitation nursing on this basis. Ob- served and compared the consciousness recovery condition of patients in the two groups after nursing treatment. Results：After basic treatment and rehabilita- tion nursing, the consciousness recovery condition of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Re- habilitation nursing can significantly propel the consciousness recovery of patients with brain trauma in persistent vegetative state and effectively improve pa- tients＇ quality of life.
