摘 要:将60只实验性肥胖大鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ共4组,分别注射含0、0.1、0.5和1.0 mg抗脂肪细胞膜蛋白抗体的生理盐水1.0 m L,注射后第0、1、2、3、4周分别测定血清中血清胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的含量。结果表明,注射抗体后各组CHO、TG含量均呈先上升后下降再上升的趋势,其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组CHO含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ、Ⅲ组TG含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ组HDL含量均呈先上升后下降再上升的趋势,第Ⅲ组则有相反趋势,各个时段Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ均高于Ⅰ组,且Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组LDL含量呈先上升后下降再上升的趋势,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组与其相反,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组均高于Ⅰ组,差异显著(P<0.05)。试验表明,抗脂肪细胞膜蛋白抗体注射剂量显著影响实验性肥胖大鼠血清CHO、TG、HDL含量。Sixty experimental obese rats were randomly divided into 4 groups named Ⅰ ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ, which were intraperitoneally injected with 0,0. 1,0.5 and 1.0 mg antibody against adipocyte membrane protein dissolved in 1.0 mL normal saltine. The contents of serum cholesterol(CHO),triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein (HDL)and low density lipoprotein (LDL)were determined in 0,1,2,3 and 4 weeks. In result,that CHO and TG contents of all the 4 groups increased first,then reduced and raised again. The CHO contents of Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were significantly higher than Ⅰ group (P〈0. 05). The TG contents of Ⅱ ,Ⅲ groups were significantly higher than Ⅰ group(P〈0.05).rhe HDL contents of Ⅰ ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ groups increased first then reduced and raised again,but the Ill group exhibited the contrary tenden cy. The HDL contents of Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were higher than Ⅰ group. Moreover,the difference between Ⅱ,Ⅳ group and I group was significant (P〈0.05). The LDL contents of Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups raised first then reduced and raised again,but the Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were on the contrary. The LDL contents between Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and IV groups were significantly higher than Ⅰ group (P〈0.05). In'conclusion,the injected dosages of antibody against adipocyte membrane protein significantly affected serum CHO,TG,HDL contents of experimental obese rats.
