狂犬病恐惧症的病因及门诊心理干预六例分析

摘　　要：狂犬病恐惧症是由狂犬病的暴露而引起的常见心理疾病。患者表现为无法自控的恐惧,伴有明显的焦虑及自主神经症状,并采取主动反复就诊的方式缓解心中不安。本文报道了南昌市疾病预防控制中心治疗的6例狂犬病恐惧症患者,从自身因素、社会因素及就诊因素探讨其发生的原因,并经认知领悟疗法、安慰疗法、系统脱敏和暴露疗法及药物治疗取得良好效果。Rabies phobia is a common psychological disorder caused by rabies exposure. Patients are characterized by uncontrollable fear,with obvious anxiety and autonomic symptoms,and the patients alleviate their restlessness by visiting doctors actively and repetitively. This study reported 6 cases of patients with rabies phobia who received treatment in the Center for Disease Prevention and Control of Nanchang and investigated the causes for rabies phobia from the perspectives of patients themselves, social factors and treatment factors, and we found that cognitive therapy, placebo therapy, systematic desensitization,exposure therapy and drug therapy have good efficacy on patients.
