摘 要:由于某毫米波高频器件原有的结构和加工方法无法全面保证部件的尺寸、形位公差,对其电气性能产生了不利影响,延缓了电气调试进度。通过对原加工方法的分析,提出了毫米波某高频器件一种高效加工的工艺方法——整体焊接方法。通过对毫米波高频器件零件结构和加工方法的改进,使内腔尺寸、形位公差得到很好的保证,为后续电气调试提供了便利,并且经试验一次加工合格率达到100%。Because the original structure and processing methods could not fully meet the requirements of dimensional tolerance and geometric component tolerance,the electrical performance of a millimeter-wave devices was adversely affected and its electrical commissioning schedule was delayed. Through analyzing the original processing methods,a new efficient processing method named Overall Welding Method was proposed in this paper. By improving the structure of the parts and processing methods,the cavity size,shape and position tolerances are well guaranteed. It is facilitated for subsequent electrical commissioning and the processing qualification rate can reach 100% in test.
