摘 要:粒度及粒度分布是铈基稀土抛光粉的一项重要指标,一般认为抛光粉的粒度较大,其抛光能力也较大;抛光粉粒度较小,其抛光能力也较小。经过实验发现,铈基稀土抛光粉的粒度及粒度分布在一定范围内对其抛光能力的影响几乎微乎其微,可以忽略不计,而粒度及粒度分布在抛光过程中会影响抛光粉抛光后玻璃的表面光洁度。The particle size and particle size distribution are important indicators of the cerium - based rare earth polishing powder . It is widely believed that Ce - based rare earth polishing powder sizes and size distribution have a vital effect on the polishing ability, and it is believed that if the size is larger, the polishing ability would be stronger. However, from the experi- mental results of cerium based rare earth polishing powder in this study, there is little effect of the sizes and size distribution on the polishing ability and it can be ignored, while only the surface smoothness was affected by the powder sizes and size dis- tribution in the polishing process.
