摘　　要：[目的 /意义]结合国内政府购买图书馆公共服务实践案例,对政府购买图书馆公共服务的现实基础和模式进行深入解析,为国内政府购买图书馆服务提供指导和借鉴。[方法 /过程]运用文献法、典型案例分析法,结合国内外相关研究成果,对我国政府购买图书馆服务相关案例进行深入剖析和总结。[结果 /结论]国内通过政府购买方式提供图书馆服务在社会需求、政策法规、理论支持方面已具备一定的现实基础。购买模式包括购买主体、承接主体、购买内容、购买机制、资金管理、绩效管理6个方面。政府购买图书馆服务需要选择适合的社会力量,完善监管和评估机制,运用灵活多样的购买方式,转变政府职能以提高服务质量。[Purpose/significance] Combined with the domestic practice cases, this paper analyzed the realistic foundation and modes of government purchase of library public services, providing guidance and reference for government purchase of library public services of China. [ Method/process ] Combined with related research results, the domestic practice cases of government purchase of library public services were deeply analyzed by documentary method and online research method. [Result/conclusion] In the aspects of social needs, policies, regulations and theoretical support, gov- ernment purchase of library public services have obtained some realistic foundation. Its purchase modes include purchase subject, undertake subject, purchase content, purchase mechanism, funds management and performance management. The improvement of mechanism, flexible service quality of government purchase need suitable social force, perfect regulation and assessment purchase mode and variable government function.
