摘　　要：[目的/意义]建设多馆联盟的中国科学院全院图书馆统一自动化系统,有效解决中国科学院内图书馆资源服务离散、独立法人下图书馆经费和资源独立管理、数据和系统重复建设的问题。[方法/过程]提出构建多馆联盟模式下的总分馆"云服务"的管理模式,并选用相对成熟、稳定的Aleph500系统对中国科学院研究所图书馆印本资源、全院统筹订购的电子资源进行有效集成和揭示。[结果/结论]建成了"全院图书馆统一自动化系统共享服务网络",形成了中国科学院全院工作和服务联盟,有效支撑了中国科学院研究所图书馆的基础业务和服务工作。[ Purpose/significance] In multi library alliance mode is constructed, which effectively solves the problems of decentralized service and resources of CAS libraries, independent management funds and resources under the inde- pendent legal person and repeat of the data and system construct. [ Method/process] Propose a method of building man- agement model of cloud services based on general-branch library in multi library alliance mode, which effectively integrates and reveals the printed resources and part of electronic resources of CAS libraries by choosing Aleph500. [Resuit/conclusion] A shared service network of CAS unified library automation system has been constructed, which effectively supports the basic business and service work of CAS libraries,and this shared service network also forms a coalition of work and service for CAS libraries.
