摘  要:目的了解2014年天津市学生体质健康水平,为增强学生体质、促进学生健康提供理论依据。方法分层整群随机抽取天津市13~22岁汉族学生5 808名,采用统一方法进行健康检查,使用"国家学生体质健康标准"对学生体质健康水平进行评价,分析体质健康达标情况及等级评价水平。结果天津市13~22岁学生体质健康综合评分达标率为81.0%,女生(83.4%)高于男生(78.5%)(χ2=22.399,P〈0.01),城市学生(82.9%)高于乡村学生(79.0%)(χ2=14.058,P〈0.01)。学生体质健康达标率随年龄的升高呈下降趋势。体质健康综合评分按优秀、良好、及格、不及格程度划分,女生综合评分成绩优于男生。随着年龄的增长,学生体质健康优秀率、良好率均呈下降趋势,不及格率呈上升趋势,尤其是城市男生上升速度最快。结论天津市13~22岁学生体质健康状况不容乐观,尤其是大学生更为突出。应及时开展干预工作,提高学生体质健康水平。Objective To explore physical fitness among students age 13-22 years in Tianjin. Methods By using stratified cluster sampling method, a total of 5 808 Han students were chosen.All the participants received physical examination. Physical fitness was assessed according to the National Standards of Physical Fitness in School Students published by Ministry of Education of China. Results The overall eligible rate was 81.0%, with boys and girls being 78.5% and 83.4%, respectively. Physical fitness decreased with age. Students from urban areas had better physical fitness than students from rural areas. About 0. 8%, 10. 9%,69.3% and 19.0% of students were assessed with excellent, good, eligible and poor physical fitness, with girls had higher physical fitness composite scores than that of boys. Rates of excellent and good physical fitness decreased with age, and rate of poor physical fitness increased with age. Conclusion Students aged 13-22 years in Tianjin had poor physical fitness, especially among college students. Effective intervention based on campus should be developed to increase the level of physical fitness among students in Tianjin.
