摘  要:目的采用充氮-纳滤耦合技术优化消癌平注射液的提取浓缩工艺。方法以绿原酸及总酚酸为指标,采用HPLC和紫外可见分光光度法分析两者含有量的变化,比较常规方法与充氮-纳滤耦合技术的提取浓缩效果。结果充氮提取后,绿原酸及总酚酸的含有量分别提高了33.68%和22.22%;纳滤浓缩后,两者分别提高了174.73%和97.42%。结论该技术重复性好,可应用于中药制剂生产过程中的提取和浓缩,尤其是对含有易氧化成分者。AIM To optimize the extraction and concentration process of Xiaoaiping Injection ( an anti-tumor agent) by nitrogen pressurization-nanofiltration coupling technology. METHODS With chlorogenic acid and to- tal phenolic acids as indices, their content changes were determined by HPLC and uhraviolet-visible spectrophotom- etry. The performances of conventional method and nitrogen pressurization-nanofiltration coupling technology in ex- traction and concentration were compared. RESULTS The contents of chlorogenic acid and total phenolic acids were increased by 33.68% and 22.22% due to the application of pressurized nitrogen, and the increasement reached at 174.73% and 97.42% respectively after the successive nanofihration concentration. CONCLUSION With a good reproducibility, nitrogen pressurization-nanofiltration coupling technology can be used for the extrac- tion and concentration of Chinese herbal preparations, especially for those containing easily-oxidized constituents.
