摘　　要：真空练泥机是湿法瓷套生产中起着至关重要的作用。研究了练泥机螺旋升角、结构、截面形状,挤制截面比,工艺筒、出口等对泥料挤制质量的影响,并给出了合理的设计参数。Vacuum extruder plays a very important role on bushings production which is done by wet process. The effects of the helix angle, structure, cross-sectional shape of clay extruder, as well as extruded section ratio, the technical cask and export on mud extruded quality are researched, and reasonable design parameters are provided.
