火针加放血疗法治疗丘疹脓疱期玫瑰痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针加放血疗法治疗丘疹脓疱期玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(45例)。治疗组采取火针加放血疗法治疗,对照组用甲硝唑凝胶外擦治疗。治疗3周后观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为84.44%,对照组为55.56%,两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针加放血疗法治疗丘疹脓疱期玫瑰痤疮疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects and safety in treating papulopustular rosacea by fire acupuncture and bleeding therapy. Methods： Ninety patients were randomly selected for treatment group（ N = 45） and controlled group（ N= 45）. The fire acupuncture and bleeding therapy was used in the treatment group. Topical the metronidazole gel was applied in the controlled group. The curative effect was evaluated after 4weeks. Results： It was indicated that the total effective rate was84. 44% in the treatment group,while it was 55. 56% in the controlled group. There was significant difference between the two groups（ P0. 05）. Conclusion： Fire acupuncture and bleeding therapy is effective in the treatment of papulopustular rosacea.
