新伤药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的:通过新伤药外敷治疗急性踝关节扭伤,分析其临床疗效。方法:29例急性踝关节扭伤患者接受新伤药外敷治疗,通过治疗前后行美国足踝矫形协会推荐的足踝评分标准(AOFAS)评分,评估临床疗效。结果:急性踝关节扭伤患者经过新伤药外敷治疗,其疼痛症状、踝关节功能及AOFAS总分明显高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acute ankle sprains treated by xinshangyao powder for external application. Methods： 29 patients with acute ankle sprains were treated by xinshangyao powder for external application,through the line before and after treatment,evaluated by the ankle orthopaedic association（ AOFAS） score. Results： after xinshangyao powder for external application,the symptoms of pain,ankle joint function and AOFAS score are higher than before,the difference is significant statistically.
