金玄痔科熏洗散结合离子透入用于混合痔术后的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察金玄痔科熏洗散熏蒸结合离子透入用于混合痔患者术后的临床疗效及对并发症的缓解情况。方法选取混合痔手术后患者74例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各37例。对照组患者手术后第3日使用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察组患者手术后第3日开始接受金玄痔科熏洗散熏蒸及离子透入治疗方法,两组患者均治疗7 d。评价患者临床总体疗效及治疗前后肛门坠胀、肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、创面出血等症状缓解情况及开始缓解的时间,并记录与治疗相关的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率有高于对照组的趋势,但未见显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗1周后,两组患者肛门坠胀、肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、创面出血评分均降低,其中观察组下降的幅度显著大于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患者肛门坠胀、肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、创面出血开始缓解时间均显著早于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在混合痔术后配合金玄痔科熏洗散熏蒸结合离子透入法能促进手术并发症的缓解,缩短症状持续时间、促进术后创面愈合、水肿吸收和疼痛缓解。AIM To observe postoperative clinical curative effect of the Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San combined with iontophoresis for patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoid after surgery. METHODS Seventy-four patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 patients in each group. The patients began to use potassium permanganate solution sitz bath in the control group, or accept Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San combined with iontophoresis treatments in the observation group on the third day after surgery. All patients had been treated for seven days. The situations of anal bulge,anal pain, wound edge edema, bleeding and other symptoms and the time of began to ease were evaluated before and after the treatment. Adverse events of treatment- related were recorded. RESULTS After the treatment, the total effective rate was higher in the observation group, but there was no significantly deference in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Compared with before the treatment, the scores of anal bulge, anal pain, wound edge edema, wound bleeding were reduced in two groups after the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the difference was significant in the observation group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The time of anal bulge, anal pain, wound edge edema, wound bleeding began to ease in the observation group were earlier than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total adverse reactions were significantly lower in the observation group （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San combined with iontophoresis can promote ease of surgery illness complication, shorten the duration of symptoms, and promote wound healing after surgery for mixed hemorrhoid post-surgery patients.
