摘　　要：糖尿病是全球最常见的慢性疾病之一,心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、肾脏病变、视网膜病变是糖尿病的常见慢性并发症。老年糖尿病患者是糖尿病患者中一个特殊群体,当老年糖尿病患者并发或伴发不同疾病时,应根据具体情况个体化地选择降糖治疗方案。Diabetes has emerged as one of the most popular chronic disease all over the world. The common chronic diabetic complications include cadiovasular disease patients, cerebrovascular disease, diabetic kidney disease anddiabetic retinopathy. Elderly diabetic patients are a special group among diabetes.The reasonable and individualized antidiabetic treatment should be recommended for elder patients with complications or co-morbidities.
