绝经后压力性尿失禁患者盆底肌电图特征研究

摘　　要：目的:采集描述绝经后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的盆底肌电图,探讨SUI盆底肌电图的变化特征。方法:选择30例绝经后SUI患者为研究组,另招募30例绝经后健康妇女为对照组。比较两组的一般情况,应用Keypoint肌电图分别采集研究组和对照组的盆底肛门括约肌、耻骨直肠肌肌电图,并比较两组运动单位电位(MUP)的时限、波幅、多相波百分率及募集电位的平均波幅。结果:两组肛门括约肌肌电图比较:轻度收缩相时研究组患者MUP时限、波幅、多相波百分率分别为8.31±0.80 ms、514.79±29.05μV、16.90±2.64%,均明显大于对照组;重度收缩相时研究组募集电位平均波幅661.56±34.02μV,明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组耻骨直肠肌肌电图比较:轻度收缩相时研究组患者MUP时限、波幅、多相波百分率分别为8.47±0.97 ms、498.39±29.98μV、17.38±3.14%,均明显大于对照组;重度收缩相时研究组募集电位平均波幅600.49±36.12μV,明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:绝经后SUI患者盆底肌电图较正常绝经后妇女有明显的改变。Objective：To collect and describe the postmenopausal women＇s pelvic floor electromyography who with stress urinary incontinence （SUI）, and to explore the characteristics of the pelvic floor electromyography. Methods ：30 SUI postmenopausal women were selected in the study group, another 30 healthy postmenopausal women were recruited as control group. The basic characteristics of the two groups were compared. The pelvic floor electromyography were detected by Keypoint electromyography in the study group and the control group,The motor unit potential（MUP） duration,amplitude, multiphase wave percentage and raising potential average amplitude were compared between the two groups. Results：Comparison on anal sphincter electromyography between the two groups：Mild contraction phase study group of patient＇s MUP duration,amplitude, multiphase wave per- centages respectively were 8.32 ±0.80 ms, 514.80± 29.05 μV, 16.90 ±2.64%, all significantly higher than those of control group,The severe contraction phase study group＇s average amplitude was 661.56 ±34.02 μV,smaller than that of control group, differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0.01 ）. Comparison on pubic rectum muscle electromyography between the two groups：Mild contraction phase study group of patient＇s MUP duration, amplitude, multiphase wave percentages respectively are 8.48± 0.97 ms,498.40± 29.99 μV, 17.38± 3. 15%, all significantly higher than those of control group ,the severe contraction phase study group＇s average amplitude was 600.49± 36.13 μV, smaller than that of control group, differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions：Compared with healthy postmenopausal women,the pelvic floor electromyography＇s characteristics of SUI postmenopausal women have obvious changes.
